Terrible service

Bus 705 from Bloemfontein tourism center. Bus schedule departure Bloemfontein tourism center 15/03/2021-19H30 to Johannesburg Park arrival 16/03/2021 - 05H30.

Particular bus had mechanical issues before 19H00. Staff tried to fix the issue which was a starter, even though the failed to start it. 19H45 the decided to change the bus, 15 minutes after scheduled departure time. No formal apology was made to us customers.

Bus departed tourism center by 20H04.

A funny thing intercape penalize customers when they made date error on the tickets as I was panelized for changing departure 16 to 15/03/2021. On this case, intercape was negligent on making sure that the bus was proper checked/check list before it can take passengers. Who is panelizing intercape? Now it is 20H14 and a lady by the name of Lisa asked driver to wait in the middle of jhb cbd for other passengers left behind.
