Terrible sefrvice with Intercape

Good day

My husband and I had a terrible travel experience with Intercape from Cpt to Jhb today. The trip was meant to be a 20hr trip and it ended up being 26hrs of terrible service, ****roaches and a smelly toilet.

On top of that, we were told when we were around Beaufort west that the bus was overloaded and cannot pass through the weighing site unless the load is reduced. We were then commanded to get onto the Quantum with no indemnity forms should an accident occur and thus was not optional. The disrespect from the driver was appalling and degrading. He then told the passengers that he will not drive because he is now emotional because as usual passengers were posing relevant questions on operational regulations around such issues. This is not the service one pays for and I would like to formally lay a complaint and also be reimbursed as the service that I got was not even close to what was sold to me. Not forgetting the extra 6 hrs that cost us hours off work and cancelled business appointments.

I arrived in Midrand at 1930,dark and not safe to be collected from the bus stop that we had to opt for an uber and incur extra unnecessary costs.

Not happy at all.
