Terrible Experience with Intercape — Never Again!

I had an awful experience with Intercape on both trips between Cape Town and Johannesburg. First, I booked a Mainliner but was placed on a Big Sky bus without any notice or explanation. On my return, their staff gave me incorrect information, causing me to miss my bus.

Worse still, their representatives were rude, ***********, and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they insisted I repurchase a ticket, despite the fault being theirs.

Intercape’s service is shocking, their communication is misleading, and their operations are poorly managed. I will never use Intercape again and will strongly discourage others from doing so.
