Terrible bus service

I will never recommend anyone to make use of any intercape bus services. First of all. The bus was delayed by an hour, no communication was provided for the delay whatsoever. Secondly, the bus was dirty and stinking inside with inadequate seats for my wife and daughter. The bus seats are stained and stinking. A bus service of such high esteem, as advertised, hygiene is not one of their priorities. Lack of customer sevice is just the reality of what you will get should you consider going on a long journey with rude bus drivers. I really hope that its business shuts down and they no longer operate.
