Terrible

My grandmother was travelling from East Lodon to Johannesburg on 8 May 2022,the bus firstly didn't have a working toilet,the bus then had delays which lead me to call the customer service,not only did they lie once but twice,the bus was suppose to arrive at 8 am it only arrived at 12:30 pm,on the route to Johannesburg it hit a *** which lead to going to the police station and passengers were taken out of the bus which left them feeling unsafe. I wouldn't recommend travelling with Intercape buses
