Terrible

This is the worst service ever, we sitting in a cold bus with an open gap on top, toilet smells so bad, the driver and assistant are disregarding our cries for help with the open gap, imagine sitting 8+ hours on the coldest rainy night under such conditions, it's not even a 1star worthy, it's actually not worth any star at all 😭
