As I got on the bus an hour late as scheduled, NO communication or answer from Intercape when I phoned to enquire why the bus is so late, when I got on I had been told to sit on a specific place, the person infront of me had her seat back all the way, the person next to me was sitting on almost both seats, and had lugguage on the seats with her, when I kindly asked the assistant driver if I can please move to the front seat where the was an empty seat where he was sleeping I was told rather rudely by the driver but where must he rest then? For 800km I had to sit uncomfortable, the toilet was blocked and the dirty toilet water overflowed, I find this VERY disgusting, when the bus stopped at Humansdorp and I wanted to stretch my legs from sitting VERY uncomfortable the driver spoke to me like I am a child shouting NO NO NO, get on!! I am not leaving this here. I need answers from this ASAP and will NEVER use your service again and no one I know will aswell..I need someone at headoffice to contact, a name and number please. I am disgusted by the service.
