Teach y'all Agents to Respond

I've lodge a complaint last time and they promised to fix it but it still hasn't changed When I'm booking a ticket for me & my son it givesme an error he's only 8years n he doesn't have an ID n Secondly your system doesn't allow me to use my student aswell
