Swearing customers on intercape bus

Sitting on the intercape to Port Shepstone at park station,bus 551, onbourding customers. A couple of men got on board and almost immediately started arguing about taking another passenger's seat. They are loud, swearing and arguing with no regard for women and children and other passangers and nobody from the staff is doing anything about it. This is unacceptable.
