You tell us to be at the stop, next to the road by 16h10, for a 16h40 bus, it is now past 17h00. A whole flippen hour of delay and you're saying nothing. No communication whatsoever to say you're delaying and for how long, hay rhaa man, I for one will never use your sucking services again. Nxx
