Such a let down

The last time I rode in an Intercape bus the hostess told us it was their last day. The company had decided to let go of hostesses. WORST DECISION EVER!!!! The TV'S have been off since we left EL, The toilet has no water therefore smells like a sewerage, the urns are off, mind u the driver or helper has not said a word as to where the refreshment stops will be. We stopped in Queenstown and the only plp that were informed that we were at a refreshment stop were the ones On the lower deck!! This has to be the worst bus ever now. Rather not have a toilet than make people travel for 13 hours in a sewerage!!!!
