Stuck in Johannesburg

Yesterday i was supose to board on the eleven o clock bus but because of traffic and joburgh was busy because it was month end and there was load shedding in most places, these things made it umpossible to make it before eleven but i got there at 11:04 and the bus was gone and there were three of us left by this bus, i believe that because we pay alot for these buses when they know there were three passengers short they couldnt wait just 10 min like other bus lines,they would give someone a chabce to try make it, when i called them(call centre) because at 11:04 there were no attendents left , they said they couldnt help because we were suppose to be there thirty minutes early,i understand but i believe the bus line should really wait a ten minutes because sime of us are using our last money for busfare and ten minutes wint hurt anyone
