****** HUAWEI HEADSETS BY INTERCAPE BUS

Hi, my parcel was ******. I had a parcel (Huawei headsets worth R1500) from Durban to Pretoria on the 5th of March 2021 @ 16h53 through Intercape. The information was captured by Mthokozisi Sithole (Durban Station) and received by Tshepo in Bosman station, Pretoria.

I don't understand how such a big and trusted courier company claims not to have cameras on dispatch when that should be a part of any auditing process for any company that dispatch goods. I would never recommend anyone to use Intercape Bus courier services. If i could rate it 0 I would.
