Stinking coaches

I would not recommend travelling with this bus especially boarding the evening coaches from Port Elizabeth Perridgvale office, passengers are made to wait outside because the office closes @19h30 when they have arranged a pick up for 20h30 - clearly this company does not care about the safety of its passengers. Anyway, the bus was changed from Mainliner to Budgetliner arriving an hour later without communications whatsoever. The worst is the pungent urine smell from their toilets I am sitting with a blocked nose and scratchy throat from suffocating throughout the night in these busses, you either sit from the middle towards the door if you want to somewhat dodge this torture...even sitting with a mask on throughout did not help..This is sad and really stinking service for a company that's been around for so long.
