STINKING ATTITUDES & BAD SERVICE

Rude, stinking attitudes, no accountability for bad service after making a 60 year old man sit at the Welkom Station from &pm until midnight. Arrogant Manager cannot even apologize for bad service, blames the Agent. No talks of even a refund - but insisting that we buy another ticket. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!!! My Dad went to check in at 7:08pm and told that he must wait because his bus had not arrived yet. After all the buses left then he gets told, he missed the bus. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
