Still no refund

I am being ignored, I have been asking for my refund after my tickets were cancelled, and no one is responding to my emails. I went to to their offices on the day of my departure after trying to sort my ticket issue, I was left outside their offices alone, in a dangerous town. I am not happy with the service from this company, I need my money back, I have been waiting for far too long.
