Stay away from Intercape buses

I had an odeal today 27 August 2024 with intercape bus. I arrived at Durban station for a trip from Durban to Harrismith, the bus was late by an hour bus no 914, then we were told it broke down and they’re sending us another bus, bus 702 came at 9, instead of departing at 8 we departed at 9, just after Midlands at Hilton the bus broke down we waited for 2 hours being told there's another bus that’s coming but they **** we we’re waiting for a mechanic, he fixed it and it took off only to break down again 15 minutes later and we waited again, hence my destination was just not Harrismith, i was going further and this happened. I want a refund of my ticket.
