stand has dropped

My mother & my daughter boarded the bus at 10.50am today from Johannesburg park station – Durban. Mind you the bus is suppose to leave at 11am and it only left at 11.30am.

She informs me that the bus is dirty, the bus sounds like it is about to breakdown. Why are your buses in this condition???? Where is the safety??? Staff not friendly!

I understand very well that it is peak season however we as customers are paying a lot of money for buses that are in such a terrible condition. Mind you I paid R740 for both tickets which is not cheap at all!!!

I am not a happy customer with regards to the above, I feel intecape bus is no longer what it used to be, I myself always travelled with intecape, as it was safe and reliable bus, it has been years since I did, but I never experienced such.

I will definitely not be using intecape in the near future. You stand has definitely dropped to zero.
