<p>I went to intercape to buy tickets for a friend , i needed seat 1 and 2 or 3 and 4, the intercape consultant adviced that those seats are booked till August, i can only get seat 5 and 6. i stepped aside for her to assist other people as i was confirming if seat 5 and 6 are fine . when i finish confirming i came back to her for assistence than she told me that she will have to assist every one on the cue first before she assist me coz i do not know what do i want by that time she is in position of my money R1140. i told her i can't wait for her to finishe with people that found me on the cue already Than she went on and say , She is not going to be told by Kwerekweres how and when to do her job and i will wait for her or i take my stupid money to Zimbabwe if i come to her with an attitude . than she turned a spoke to a lady she called Fikile .</p>
