Intercape doesn't deserve even that one star, I traveled with family in October to Durban. My brother was sent back at the checkin point because he was in an acceptable condition but his ticket was not captured as such so i can get a voucher or refund. I called main office with no luck but I was sent from one *********** person to the other. Try other bus services but not Intercape
