Speedy service

Last month I booked a return ticket to go to the Eastern Cape. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel the trip. I called their call centre and got a friendly lady who did the transaction in less than 5 minutes. She informed me that the refund will reflect within 4 working days. The following day the money was already in my account (although with penalty deductions which the lady explained to me). I was pleasantly surprised how quickly things worked out. Thanks
