Socking service and NO HELP

I purchased a ticket from George to Cape Town whilst waiting from 11 20 pm as instructed for 11 45 pm departure. Waiting in the rain the 1st bus rock up 12 00 and told me to wait for the next bus. No explanation and NO clue as to what really to do. The second bus came with the third bus this 12 15 am. I HAD TO ASK what bus goes to Cape Town. Then the two drivers shouted to each other as to which drive will take the three passengers. After about 5 to 8 min of the debate finally the last bus had to WALK THROUGH his bus trying to find an availbe seats. Only 2 available he said. He took the two gentalmen and showed them there seat. He came back and CLOSED the door leaving us to stand in the rain. SHOCKING! Then when we called the complaint department and reqeusting to speak to a manager the call is transferred between operators trying to silence our call. What type of service are you offering I may Add that I was informed to purchase a NEW ticket if I wanted to go to Cape Town! Your complaint is logged and will take 7 DAYS! Your company is a JOKE!
