SMELLY TOILET AND WRONG BUS

Booked a Mainline bus number 087 for my dad from Pretoria to Mthatha 14/01/24. I was happy to pay for it because i was told it was comfortable since its mainliner and had a toilet. To our surprise a budget liner bus came that had a VERY SMELLY TOILET at the back. Asked the cashier and drivers and they tried to convince me that it was comfortable. The toilet was smelling urine that even us who were standing outside the bus could smell it. What kind of customer treatment is this? No value for money for what i paid for. They should have just let me pay for a budget liner that left earlier instead of lying!!!
