SH#%$TY SERVICE FROM INTERCAPE

Intercape bus was delayed by 6 hours, I contacted their call centre to reschedule my bus or get a refund, Luciano S told me how it's not their fault (Intercape) and he can't help me, he literally told me that my money is forfeited. I'm never using Intercape again and I would advise anyone with self love to never use their services. They don't care about their clients!
