Shoprite intercape and computicket are just the worse combination for bookings...

I booked a ticket at Shoprite on the 23rd to travel to Port Elizabeth from Cape Town and it was 549 and i later asked them to book me one for the 26th Oct and when i checked the ticket it was incorrect so i asked the cashier to rectify it because the ticket was for Cape town to port elizabeth of which i needed one for Port Elizabeth to cape town, the cashier and controller of Mfuleni Shoprite instead refunded my Friday ticket which was supposed to take me from Cape town to Port Elizabeth on friday and when i got to intercape cpt i couldnt board because the ticket was cancelled by shoprite... long story shop i bought a return ticket for monday and the incorrect ticket remained active on their system and when i went to Shoprite in Port Elizabeth they couldnt assist me and computicket couldnt do nothing about it either now i lost R360 because of an *********** cashier and controller at Mfuleni Shoprite and computicket and intercape couldnt save the day either..... iam nice and fed up right now!!!
