SHOCKING SERVICE INTERCAPE

on the 20/01/2019 at 20:00 pm I took bus number 911 from Midrand to Durban ,the bus came to a stop where the Police came in and started searching,2 of the Police man approached me and asked that I take them to my luggage which I did ,but upon taking them I discovered that I misplace my luggage ticket,they started interrogating me ,when I asked the bus drivers if I would have issues when we reach Durban to collect my luggage ,their response to me was so abrupt ,they said I shouldn't have misplaced my ticket and I must stop talking nonsense and get back at the bus, this is after my luggage was turned upside down all my underwear exposed without no proper explanation as to why all this was happening to only me at the bus.the level of professionalism was very poor from your staff and the attitude overall was totally unacceptable to me as a passenger.
