Shocking service

If possible this would be a minus 5 star. Travelled from CT recently and am totally disgusted with the service received. I sent an email and almost a week later the response received makes it seem like it all my fault that the seats were broken and the bus was changed without notification. NEVER AGAIN AND NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.
