SHOCKING SERVICE BY INTERCAPE

We have had a very terrifying and disturbing experience with this company. We booked a group of Sing in Harmony (M-Net) girls choir members for a trip to Midrand. We made a booking for a sleeper liner and Intercape out of there own accourding split the group without informing us or asking for permission to do so. We now had to make use of a lower rate bus however we paid for Sleepr Coach which is alot more in terms of rates. The staff was very unprofessional and arrogant especially a coloured lady who was dressed in a african skirt and off white pole neck top and a driver on the Cape Tow to Midrand via Kimberley route shouting at us as we complained. We noe have to fight them for our refunds as the staff mentioned. I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO USE INTERCAPE.
