Shocking service

Waiting for the bus for 4 hours. They do not bother to sent out a SMS to say what happened. When I tried to call them that's when I found out what the problem was. The lady was unfriendly she just said sorry u must wait. It's been 4 hours and it's raining . I am definitely done with intercape.
