shocking findings in the intercape bus

booked a bus intercape as I always do from east london to pretoria, unfortunately I was shocked n disappointed in what I found in the bus today. very dirty seat that u can't expect any one to seat on them, I even told my girlfriend that the interacted have lost their standards of cleanliness. I'm very disappointed and would try to look for other alternatives. for instance greyhound. the toilet seat well I don't wanna go there. shocking/disgust , inhumane.
