SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have tried to call Intercape busline 4 times, and i just listen to an answering machine, until my airtime runs out??? How can your service be so shocking? I need a refund in a ticket... PLEASE cintact me on 08277****5 Derek
