Shame of a service

I booked a bus ticket last week Thursday..our bus left Pietermaritzburg around 21:20 we got on the bus fine a few minutes later the busess system started making beeping sounds alerting that something is wrong only to find out that later we would issues cause the bus got stuck the driver said it was a fan belt or cam belt.don’t you guys service your buses..cause I’m curious something big might happen next time as I travel a lot with my family..I’m disappointed in you guys I did not expect this one at all
