Severely bad Hygiene Conditions on Bus

It is with great sadness and disgust that once a reputable bus service on our roads throughout South Africa is now a nesting ground for ****ROACHES!!!! Intercape busses are crawling with ****ROACHES,the toilest are forever out of service the bus smell like a mobile toilet,I believe a pit toilet smells better,imagine travelling from Johannesburg to Cape Town in such poorly,unhygienic disgusting,filthy, conditions with your small child.I can just imagine what one can catch on that bus,next thing you will be travelling with Rats and all sorts of vermin,yoh I have never seen such a disastrous bus service,eish.One cannot be so heartless that you can allow a paying customer to sit for almost 24hrs in ****.Really Intercape Bus service,it is not a pleasure doing business with YOU.Its time you get your act together.Dissapointed,Disgusted Client!
