Service of Intercape

The service is very poor . Firstly we didn't have seats because they don't allocate you a seat on your ticket which is something they should do , we were standing for almost 30 minutes trying to solve the seat issue. Secondly they should do something about the toilet service because you can't expect people to occupy a seat next to the toilet while it smells , not taking into consideration that the smell of the toilet plus people smoking in that toilet causes some serious health issues,which they clearly do not care about. I will advice not to use intercape also taking into consideration for how long they have been operating year their service is the worst. Therefore if you are going to travel long distance with a bus do not use intercape for your health and comfort.
