**** service from Intercape

I have never seen such horrible service in my entire life of traveling from JHB to Durban.

We left JHB at 10pm, got to Montrose at 1:30am, we were supposed to leave at 2am to continue with our journey but the bus got stuck, since then we are sittings here, mechanics are not coming right.

We’ve got things to do, meetings to attend to but we are sitting here. This is **** service and will not encourage anyone to use Intercape services. If you want your day and event spoiled, then use Intercape, if I was you, I wouldn’t, I regret having to buy this bus ticket ☹️

I hope someone will contact me as I demand some sort of compensation and explanation about all this bull **** service.
