Service Disgrace!!!

Bus number 069 is a disaster, charging ports not working, chairs have no adjusting control, the maintenance of the bus is utterly disappointing. Now that Greyhound has left the industry instead of upping your game and making a statement. Your too relaxed because is no longer competition for y'alls.
