<p>Terrible service and support from the so called office, sleeping staff.</p> <p>Always late related to the bus schedule with the most rediculous explenations " Driver waited for passengers" in Upington............ ??????</p> <p>Bought return tickets 25/06/16 for my grandchild from Kimberley, Bloemfontein and Cape Town and even delayed by more than a hour she arrived in Belviile the nexr day. Upon returning 14/07/16 she was refused boarding becuae the *********** ticket operator refused to issue a ticket because she is under aged............ ??????? She is 13 and according to the ticket rules she was fully regognised as a adult passenger. The ****** ticket operator at Belville just closed the office and left her abandond ( 17h20). I then bought a ticket from, Greyhound bus services and experienced the most professional and caring staff.The claim lodged at Inter Banana (Cape) proofed nothing else than expected, with the normal stories.</p> <p>Ban InterCape and rather use some other travel service company</p> <p>Useless bunch of incapable maroons</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
