Seat allocations

I must say the buses are clean and comfortable but I really think that you should go back to a system where seats are allocated, I'm with my husband, a newborn and a 8 years old daughter we are sitting far goingapart from each other and it doesn't make it easy for both of us to help each other with our kids and it's frustrating moving up and down while the bus is in motion, really I'm not happy
