The rating is actually a zero star but thats not possible. I booked a ticket with intercape and they canceled my trip 2 days prior, so they gave me two options - book another bus or get a refund. I took the refund because it was December and I needed to get home urgently. They told me it would take 4 weeks to reflect. I patiently waited and called in January and they said the money was reversed and I should send my bank statements. I did all of that to prove that I received nothing. It's been three months now and still I have not gotten my refund. Horrible customer service and a bunch of ********😑
