Worse company ever. I wish Greyhound can come back. I used Greyhound from Kimberly to Pretoria for 14 years and I've never experience such a disgusting journey. Only once I tried intercape and I will never ever use their services, not ever again. At Greyhound you will never ever loose your luggage because before the luggage is handed over to you they verify the numbers if they matched. But at Intercape the guy just hand anybag to pointed without verification people's end up *****ing other people's bag, I mean why is he there at the first place. The company refused to take responsibility claiming terms and condition, I still ask why theres someone assisting with bags of they cannot take responsibility. You don't take out your luggage yourself, they take it out for you,so why they cannot check if the number in your bag correspond with the one on your possession. To top that their toilet, Argh ugh, so dirty it's like they are transporting ***s. Please whoever can help, revive Greyhound for us. I will never ever use Intercape services or recommend it to anyone. Never
