**** and pood service

I booked a bus ticket for departure in Port Elizabeth at 19:30 on the 24th of July 2020. I arrived at 18:00 at the bus station and at 20:30 I started to panic and call tbe call center. Lines were off according to the answering machines and advised to do a live chart on the website. I was told tbe bus will be 1 hour 15 mins late due to road block. I waited till 23:30 and chart again. I was told the bus had been at the station at 21:33. To my surprise, cos I had parked in front of their office waiting forbtbe bus and it never came. I was told to book another bus ticket and email customer complaints for investigations. All i needed was da next available bus
