Scally staff and *****s

Worst experience ever;arrived in Midrand and the bus were full;tlod that we are booked from Jhb centre;on the way to JHB got a call from Midrand stating we were booked on different busses;wanted my son of 11 to travel alone;scally to book us on 2 different busses as we were in a hurry and did not check the ticket;just to get us away.My wife then got stuck on a bus alone with our 11 year old and 7 month old;got to JHB and asked us to pay extra for luggage wich I did gladly;once again in a hurry;lady told me it is R102 and when we arrived in Durban we saw it was actually R62;paying full price and same price as the other tickets;just to be dropped in Durban central and then had to book another ticket from Durban station to port shepstone;bunch of *****s.I am ****ed about the whole situation.
