26th of March , my girlfriend travelled with Intercape in a bus that was filled to capacity whereas legally, 70% capacity should be adhered to, passengers were turned away upon pick on enroute to the final destination.

Return trip, the same issue was witnessed, no COVID measure put in place until I personally complained. Passengers were then pulled of the deluxe bus they paid for to be put on a cheaper liner, with no sanitary conditions seen fit for any living being. The bus driver commenced to spray air-freshener in an enclosed bus, also filled above 70% capacity, set to pick up more passengers enroute to the final destination.

Head offices refuses to take responsibility for their companies action and eagerly tried to get me off the phone.
