Safety compromised.

What a terrible terrible time we had. The bus got stuck at Harrismith as it was apparently overheating. We were promised that a bus from Durban would be coming for us with an ETA of 45 minutes to an hour. Two hours later the bus hadn’t still arrived. It’s now 17:45 and it’s getting dark still with no sign of a bus from “Durban”. Intercape has absolutely no regard for it’s customers. Stuck on the road with our safety compromised and they couldn’t have cared less. I’m utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this bus at all. Poor service.
