Sad Intercape.

We are about tired of Intercape and it's lack of care and performance. Severally the bus is late. When we contact the call center, no one is confirming how late the bus will be. There are mostly very unsafe collection points and roaches in their buses. All these things are avoidable. Until when will Intercape stop abusing our loyalty.

Which are the avenues of complaining efficiency, because they don't care.
