Rudely removed by Louie (coach driver) from last row seats at 03h20 allocated by a consultant at the Bloemfontein Tourist Centre

<p>I am Sidima Mtila, I embarked the Intercape Coach at Bloemfontein travelling to Uitenhage on August 30, 2016. The consultant in Bloemfontein allocated me a seat at the back row, so I went to the seat allocated to me, not requested. At 03h20 August 31, 2016 the coach driver(Louie) comes the the last row seats and rudely removes me from the seat allocated which was seat 41. When I confronted him that, that is not a manner which a person communicates especially at those hours of the day, he rep**** "I don't care you just get out of this seat I want to sleep that guy in bloem is just a mere consultant and I am the operator".</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't now if being rude is an intercape culture, this seems like a habit now where drivers are rude to passengers. </p>
