Rude. Servive

Such a disappointment. I travel with my 6 year old daughter all the time and constantly struggling with sitting. Mean while every time I book I always reserve seats so we can sit next to each other which in my book only makes sense considering how young my child is. The drivers never want to help in fact more than anything they are rude and disrespectful and tell me its not their problem if we can't sit. Now intercape tell me, how does my 6 year old sit alone in a 8 hour long drive with a stranger. This is just disgusting that parents are not catered for. Will definitely never use this bus ever again
