Rude Lady

I don’t understand why the people who work for Intercape have to be rude to passengers. So on Sunday morning I boarded a bus from Cape Town station to George. The booked the 06:00 bus. The isfu that was helping us with check was soo rude to a point where I felt sorry the elderly people which she had to assist. She had no empathy.
