Rude Intercape Harare manager who shouted at me for enquiring

My brother was travelling on the bus from Harare to Jhb. The bus broke down in Masvingo around 7pm, a replacement bus was only sent around 2am. I was worried that my brother would not make his connection to PE at 4pm. What made the situation worse was that I could not reach my brother, his phone was unavailable thus I could not trace where he was, if the bus had arrived and if he had made his connection. I went to the Intercape Harare office to enquire about the whereabouts of the bus and if my brother had managed to connect to PE. The staff at the Intercape office referred me to the Harare manager. I tried to call him but he was not picking up. When he finally picked up, my gosh! He shouted at me in such a dehumanizing manner. He even had the audacity to call the staff who had referred me to him fools, he said they were foolish for more or less entertaining me. He raised his voice at me and yelled at me and accused me of trying to tell him how to do his job. He called again after a few hours and this time he was being sarcastic and was still yelling at me. He finally confirmed that my brother had made his connection. At the end of the day was the yelling and shouting worth it when he finally helped me?
