Rude Intercape drivers bus number 8107

The time is 12:20 and I've just got off from an Intercape bus (Bus number 8107). This bus was supposed to arrive in Cape Town at 09:45 but it was over an hour late in King Williams Town, we were not informed of this inconvenience despite having the company officials at their offices in the KWT office. We had only 3 pit stops yet the bus's arrival in Cape Town was almost 3 hours late. In Worcester we had a 30 minutes delay, the drivers didn't bother informing us what was going on. They claim the passenger that was there was not appearing on the list of passengers and they were trying to sort it out with Head Office yet all the time they were using the passenger's cell phone. This makes one wonder, could that person be one of the hitch hikers they normally pick up? She's clearly not the first one on this trip because they picked one just before Robertsons.

We finally arrived in Cape Town and had to go claim our baggage, I was one of the first people in line but I was told to wait because they are not in a hurry as they had intentions to claim overtime. The driver who said this had been rude throughout the trip, after he told me about his intentions I told him about my own intentions of never using Intercape, he went on to say "I don't care as this is my last day with Intercape as I have my own unbranded bus". To say I was shocked would be an understatement.

I returned to baggage claim to deal with another driver, I spotted my luggage and told him, his response was "Hai asoze, Linda ziphele ibags" loosely translated: he refused to give me my bag and told me to wait until all the bags had been claimed. I waited again as I clearly had no choice, I was the last person to get my bag. Upon receiving it he demanded the slip to compare luggage numbers and I gave to him, instead of giving me my luggage he tore the luggage number attached to my bag. My bag is the only one whose tag was torn, only he knows why he tore mine only.
